I must admit that I was a little surprised that this latest offering from Rikki Lee Scicluna was not accompanied by a music video or the sort of promotional efforts that have accompanied his recent releases. I think that this is to some degree a good thing because he seems to have focused even more on his music. This is a good song from someone who clearly has much much more to offer his listeners over the coming years. I’ll be looking out for more from him and, if you like singers-songwriters who are searchers, so should you.

Trevor Tabone has returned with a new line up of his old band now based in Prague and released a new CD album called The Burden of Paradise on 29 February 2016. Anyone used to Trevor’s previous progressive rock musing will not be disappointed and will find many fine moments in this new album. I’ve picked the final track from the CD to close off this week’s podcast. I think it’s quite a well-crafted and delightful song.
